of local boy Simon Stillwater has become one of them. It
is said he was abducted by the ghost Emily VanWart to be
part of her collection of souls, but what if there's more

of the Death Mongrel
Chopper,
Hank and Glory continue their paranormal investigations
to prove ghosts do exist in Pineville. After months of researching
ghost stories with no luck, the three begin to lose hope
until they notice strange creatures lurking around their
hometown and folks acting weird. What are they? And what
do they want? Discover the myths & mysteries of what's
haunting the Pineville woods with the trio and their meddling
siblings. To find the truth Chopper must trust new instincts,
Glory must fight the grip of her brother, and Hank must
face his own private ghosts.

About
the artist...
Sara
Turner resides in Lexington, where she holds a Bachelor in
Fine Arts from the University of Kentucky. Sara Turner is
currently a creator for Make Like A Tree Comics where she
has worked on several independent and collaborative stories.
She started work on The Ghosts of Pineville
series in early 2009 with the mini comic The Cherished
Collection of Emily VanWart. Since, she's created 2 books
and 2 minis in total for the story. A third book is in the
works and should be released in 2013.
Along
with her comics, Sara also works as one-half of the tag-team
duo, Cricket Press, which specializes in custom screen-printed
posters, letterpress, illustration and design. Since forming
Cricket Press with her husband Brian in 2003, they've done
freelance illustration for various companies and individuals…and
posters for a wide range of free-jazz, punk, and indie-rock
bands.
